Below you will find the rules governing participation in this contest. The submitted images must reflect the Halloween spirit experienced in our hotels.
Review the contest categories, the requirements for participation, and the available prizes. All the necessary instructions for submitting your photographs are detailed below.
1. ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
GOLDEN HOTELS, owner of www.goldenhotels.com (hereinafter, Organizer). To celebrate Halloween and through the social network Instagram, it organizes a photography contest. The contest will be governed by the following rules:
2. THEME
Participants must post a photo on Instagram that represents their stay during Halloween. Originality and image quality will be valued.
3. PARTICIPANTS
Participants must meet the following requirements:
· Be guests staying at Golden Bahia de Tossa & Spa, Golden Port Salou & Spa, or Golden Avenida Family Suites during the contest period.
· Follow the official Golden Hotels account @goldenhotels.
· Tag @goldenhotels in the participating photo.
· Tag #halloweengoldenhotels.
· Have a public Instagram profile.
· Participants must be physical persons and of legal age.
4. TIME PERIOD AND OPERATION
The contest period will start on October 28, 2024, and end on November 3, 2024, at 11:59 PM CET. Participation is free and requires participants to have a public Instagram profile and comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions (https://Instagram.com/legal/terms).
Each participant may upload as many photos as they wish during the contest period. Only photos that meet the contest theme and comply with section 3 will be eligible for the established prizes.
Any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, violent, sexist, racist, or violating any rights by Golden Hotels will be removed from the contest.
From the published photos, Golden Hotels will select 3 finalist photos. The finalist images will be published on November 4, 2024. From that moment until November 7, 2024, CET, the voting period will be open. Any Instagram user may vote for one of the three photos. Votes must be made on the same post.
Duplicate votes or any fraudulent or suspicious behavior will not be counted.
After counting the votes, Golden Hotels will select the sole winning photo based on the results. Finally, on November 8, 2024, the winning photo will be announced on Golden Hotels' official Instagram account. Golden Hotels will contact the winner.
The jury reserves the right to declare the prize void if it considers that the participating images do not meet the required quality standards.
5. PRIZE
All Instagram users who meet the requirements in section 3 will receive a €10 voucher as a participation prize.
This prize will be:
- Exclusive to the official Golden Hotels website www.goldenhotels.com.
- Applicable for reservations for the 2025 season.
- Maximum discount of €10 per booking.
The winner of the contest, whose photo will be posted on Golden Hotels' official account, will receive a €100 voucher.
This voucher will be:
- Applicable for 2025 season bookings.
- Exclusive to Golden Bahia de Tossa & Spa, Golden Avenida Family Suites and Golden Port Salou & Spa.
The winner must contact Customer Service (+34 937 629 470 Juanma) to proceed with the reservation.
In both cases, Golden Hotels will contact the participants and the winner to inform them of the prizes.
The acceptance of the prize by the winner implies consent for the Organizer to use their name and image for promotional purposes related to this contest.
6. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS
Participants assume responsibility for the authorship and originality of the images they submit and assign reproduction and communication rights to Golden Hotels for use in any communication channels deemed necessary. Participants will ensure compliance with image rights. The Organizer is exempt from any liability in this regard.
7. DATA PROTECTION
Participants accept, by entering the contest, that the content and comments published on the network and other social media may be shared with other Instagram users, as well as on Golden Hotels' other web channels or social media profiles.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES
Participants must not upload files or comments containing viruses or anything that could harm any computer equipment, tablets, or mobile phones. The Organizer is not responsible for late or misdirected entries due to hardware errors, electronic communications, or internet uploads.
Golden Hotels is not responsible for any changes or effects caused to your mobile phone, computer system, camera, or other equipment as a result of participation. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant in case of incorrect data manipulation, to reject participation that does not meet the described requirements, to annul or suspend the contest, or change its conditions for technical or other reasons beyond their control.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this call implies full acceptance of these rules and Instagram's terms of use.
