Loyalty Conditions

Each client who participates in the Loyalty by Golden program will be assigned an account that will reflect their reservations already made.
1. The owner can change their personal data, travel preferences and sending communications at any time, accessing through their personalized area.
2. The account will be in a high status as long as the client does not decide to unsubscribe from the program.
3. The client may, at any time, request and obtain voluntary withdrawal within the personalized area.
4. The movements of reservations generated by one client may not be transferred to the account of another client.
5. No change of holders is allowed.
6. In the event that the reservation that gave rise to obtaining nights is canceled or modified, said nights will also be subtracted from the accumulated
7. Golden Hotels may terminate the participation of a holder in the Loyalty program with immediate effect, by written notification, when a breach of these General Conditions occurs by the holder.
8. Golden Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel in whole or in part and without prior notice these conditions, or any other aspect related to the program or to the participation of the owners in it, trying to previously communicate said modifications to their owners .
