The Golden Hotels All-Inclusive Golden Selection program is exclusive for customers who make their reservations through the WEB or by calling the hotel directly. It includes everything you need for you to enjoy all the bars and restaurants on offer at our hotels without having to pay any extra supplement for premium drinks in the bars and restaurants. You can also ask for any snack on the menu.

To contract our Golden Selection All-Inclusive program, you only have to mark it when selecting the regime when you make your reservation through our website.

CONDITIONS

1. · The Golden Selection All Inclusive program is valid only for stays of at least 5 nights, for all members of the reservation, and for the entire duration of the stay.
2. · The Golden Selection All Inclusive wristband is personal and non-transferable. Only one drink and one snack at a time is allowed. Cannot be accumulated.
3. · The Hotel Management reserves the right to withdraw the All Inclusive or Golden Selection wristband in case of misuse (wasting food or drinks, offering food or drinks to people without a Golden Selection wristband).
4. · The Golden Selection All Inclusive wristband must be shown when requesting the service.
5. · Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under 18 years old.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

1. · Rental of sports equipment, tennis court, bicycles, mini golf, billiards, arcade machines, computers, internet access.
2. · Vending machines and tobacco, newspapers, postcards, and items from the shop or Mini Market.
3. · Safe, minibar, room service, telephone, garage.
4. · Meals and drinks not specified in the “All Inclusive” program and outside established hours. See Golden Selection All Inclusive Menu.
5. · Spa access and massages, beauty treatments, hairdressing, treatments or similar services (if available).
6. · Snacks – Iberian ham
