In this section, we will explain the terms and conditions that apply to the reservation of our services, whether they are reservations through our website or by phone.
TAXES
All prices include 10% VAT. The Tourist Tax of €1.32 per person (+16 years) and night, is not included.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations made through this website will be guaranteed by your credit card details. If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, 100% of 1 night will be charged.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
The hotel reserves the right to charge your card for the first night of your stay to check the validity of the card. The entire reservation will be paid upon arrival at the hotel and the charge previously made to your card will be refunded. In case of cancellation within the free period, this amount will be refunded. After the period established in the cancellation policy, this charge will not be refunded. Reservations made with the Non-Refundable Rate will be charged in advance and the amount paid will not be refunded in any case.
EARLY DEPARTURE
Customers who make an early departure for reasons unrelated to the hotel will be charged the full amount of the reservation as a penalty.
ALL INCLUSIVE
To contract the All Inclusive regime in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as the regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will lead to the non-admission of the reservation within the All Inclusive program.
REGIMENS
Drinks are not included in lunch and dinner services except in the case of the period offered. The hotel will not substitute any food service for picnics.

REQUESTS
All requests made through the "Comments" section of the reservation form must be confirmed by the hotel for acceptance.
RESERVATIONS
The number of guests detailed in the reservation will establish the maximum capacity of the room. In the event of more people than those described in the reservation, the hotel may choose to charge the stay of the person not detailed in the reservation as long as there is availability at the hotel. If there is no availability, the reservation will be considered canceled and two nights will be charged in half board as late cancellation.
Reservations of more than 5 rooms are subject to different conditions and additional supplements. The hotel may contact you to modify or cancel your reservation.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS
No pets of any kind are allowed.
BACHELOR PARTIES
Hen/hen parties are not allowed in the hotels.

Although our priority is to provide complete, current and accurate information, our website may contain content that is subject to human or technological error. This content may include information related to pricing, descriptions, and availability.
AGE RESTRICTIONS (Adults Only Golden Hotels)
According to article 14 CE and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the Union, it recognizes (article 20) the equality before the law of all persons and prohibits (article 21) any discrimination based on sex, race, color, origin ethnic or social, genetic characteristics, language, religion or beliefs, political or any other opinion, belonging to a national minority, heritage, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation.

RULES AND DUTIES OF GUESTS
To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, and as stipulated in Law 13/2002, of June 21, on Tourism of Catalonia, there are certain duties that users must comply with in order to respect the establishments and facilities that tourist companies make available to them. We request that the following rules be respected:
1. Proper Behavior. All guests must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner, following the rules of coexistence and avoiding causing disturbances to other guests. Consequently, as regulated in article 39.4 of said law, we will prevent the stay of users who fail to comply with any of the established duties, which may result in eviction without the right to a refund.
2. Use of Facilities. Please use the hotel facilities responsibly and in accordance with the provided instructions.
3. Prohibitions. Smoking in non-designated areas, making excessive noise, and any other behavior that may disturb the tranquility of other guests is prohibited.
4. Responsibility for Damages. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's property during their stay.
5. No Discrimination. All guests are expected to treat other guests and hotel staff with respect, without any form of discrimination.
6. Restricted Access. Entry is prohibited to any person who is not registered as a hotel guest, thus limiting the use of services and facilities reserved exclusively for those staying, with the aim of ensuring the security, privacy, and comfort of our guests.
By making a reservation at our hotel, you agree to comply with these rules. We reserve the right of admission by canceling the reservation if the customer's history in past reservations has violated any of the rules and duties stipulated in the above points.
Golden Hotels does not guarantee that product descriptions and other content are free of errors.
Golden Hotels reserves the right to correct said information, so the information that appears on the Web is current on the date of its last update.
Golden Hotels reserves the right to cancel the reservation, modify or withdraw the Promotion rules at any time if we reasonably believe that there may have been an obvious error in assigning a price, or availability of dates, even after having made the reservation.
