Golden Hotels & Experiences invites you to take part in our Solidarity Market, which will take place over four special days. Join us on October 11 and 12 in Vilaseca, on the 18 and 19 in Salou, on the 25 and 26 in Tossa de Mar, and on November 8 in Pineda de Mar, and be part of this charitable cause.

What is our Solidarity Market about?
We collect clothes, accessories, games, and toys in good condition that our employees, friends, and families no longer need, giving them a second life through this initiative. Each year, the funds raised from the sale of these items during the market are allocated to social projects near our hotels.

This year we are collaborating with the following associations and foundations:

Associations and foundations with which we collaborate

El Caliu del Cor

The Caliu del Cor Association in Pineda de Mar was founded with the goal of supporting women suffering from breast cancer. Its main task is the creation and free distribution of heart-shaped cushions to hospitals, specifically for women undergoing breast cancer surgery. These cushions, designed to ease post-surgery pain and provide comfort, are distributed to hospitals throughout the region.

The project emerged thanks to the solidarity of local volunteers who wanted to offer tangible help to these women during difficult times. Their work has been recognized for its sensitivity and positive impact on the community.

Adiam

We are a group of people with disabilities and/or family and friends of people with functional diversity. We understand that the action of an association like ADIAM contributes to improving the quality of life of a group of men, women, children and their families who become invisible to society.

ADIAM's purpose is to help, raise awareness and fight for the rights and freedoms of people with some type of disability through the different activities they carry out: awareness-raising, training, workshops, sports, collaborations in community events.

La Quarta Paret

We are a cultural association born from love and respect for the performing and visual arts. We believe in the power of ART as a tool to nurture creativity, core values, and emotional well-being. Through it, we create spaces for integration, reflection, and meaningful exchange.

Vacances en Pau

The Vacances en Pau project hosts Sahrawi children with Catalan families every summer, giving them experiences and opportunities they lack in refugee camps. Born as a symbol of solidarity and a call for peace, the program provides a different summer with family life, balanced nutrition, and medical care. Refugee camps in Western Sahara face extreme conditions, food shortages, and cuts in international aid, heavily affecting children. Vacances en Pau is an essential initiative to raise awareness about the Sahrawi people’s situation and offer hope and well-being to the children.

Fundació Miquel Valls

The Foundation was established in 2005 in Calella (Barcelona) as a private non-profit organization that works to improve the quality of life of people affected by ALS/motor neuron disease, also providing the same support to their families, and fighting against this disease by promoting research on it.

We are a team of professionals dedicated to improving our society, born from the will and experience of a relative of someone affected by ALS, with the aim of improving the quality of life of those affected by ALS and their families, and fighting for this disease to be curable.

Heroïnes Anònimes

The Heroïnes Anònimes Association was born from a project on xxss to give visibility to everyday women from the Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre. Currently, the association is involved in various ongoing projects, including the radio program of the same name on Tarragona Ràdio, where the same women from the project are featured. The program was awarded in 2022 by Ràdio Associació de Catalunya with a mention for inclusion.

We also carry out the project veïnes x veïnes Camp de Tarragona, promoted by the Hèlia Association. We provide training and empowerment workshops for women, as well as workshops for the prevention and awareness of gender-based violence, among other tasks.

Pas a Pas Autisme

Pas a Pas Autisme was born from the desire of a group of families to develop specific and quality services for people with autism in the Lloret area and surroundings, and to make life easier for families in the area by proposing useful and quality services.

At Paso a Paso Autisme, we follow a psychoeducational intervention method with a cognitive-behavioral orientation. We periodically organize talks for the families of the association on topics that may be of interest to you: autonomy, sphincter control, personal well-being... these talks are led by an external professional or by the coordinator of the organization.

Fundació Onada

The Onada Foundation is a social initiative entity, non-profit, that works to improve the quality of life of people with greater difficulties in the Tarragonès region.

Its mission is to achieve the happiness of people with disabilities and/or mental disorders, of older people, and their families, as well as other groups with difficulties in social and labor integration, improving personal autonomy and quality of life, with the active participation of each individual, offering the support that each one needs, so they have the same opportunities as the rest of the citizens and full social and labor integration.

Fundació Astres Santa Coloma

The Fundació Astres is a non-profit entity where it works to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, borderline intelligence, mental illness and their families, making it possible to achieve the maximum degree of self-determination and self-determination. management from a comprehensive, individualized and community approach.

The Fundació Astres develops projects, programs and services for the comprehensive care of people with intellectual disabilities to improve their autonomy.

Associació Terra i Cel

The Terra i Cel Association was created in 1993 with the aim of covering the care gap that people with disabilities have when the centers they usually go to are closed for holidays and weekends.

It is a non-profit association and supports people with multiple disabilities in all areas of leisure in Alt Maresme.

It offers a leisure service for people with disabilities in Alt Maresme and surrounding areas. The objective is mainly to fill the gap in care that this group has when the centers they usually go to close for holidays and on weekends.

Gepec-Edc

The GEPEC-EdC, Group for the Study and Protection of Catalan Ecosystems-Ecologists of Catalonia is a non-profit association for the defense, conservation and study of nature that takes special care in improving the environment of the 'Ebro lands. , Priorat, Conca de Barberà and Camp de Tarragona, although its legal scope is European.
